We are going to have to score a lot of points to win. Im thinking thr chargers hang at least 27 up. I fear all 3 of our division rivals more than this team though.
I'm speechless.
I for one do not trust Williams... Miles Austin's hamstring issues hold this offense back.
As long as Dez is healthy either attracting double coverage or shredding basic zone/man coverage, i believe Harris and Williams can do enough against the Chargers 2nd and 3rd CBs to keep the offense on schedule.
This is by far the weakest pass D we have faced so far.The Giants have better players on the back end than SD, outside of maybe Weddle.

What do you expect? Heck, you even have fans here who don't even think the dude can play, so I especially don't see why other teams would think differently.
We shall see, hopefully they can step up because I do not expect Austin to be out there playing.

Funny keys to beating SD defense from "Bolts From the Blue" via BTB:
BTB: If you were Dallas, what game plan would you use against San Diego?
BFTB: Throw. Throw a lot. Throw short passes on first down and watch the hilarious attempts to make a tackle by the Chargers defenders. Throw deep passes on second down and wonder how the cornerback ended up so far away from the receiver in that amount of time. Throw at Witten and Murray any time they're covered by a safety. Throw a TD to Gavin Escobar just to give SDSU Aztecs fans something to cheer about. Every so often, run the ball at Dwight Freeney and watch him fall over.

I wish Coale would play more. I like him a lot, and it seems to me everytime he is playing Romo gets him involved quickly and he seems to get a first down more often than not. It should be a great match up.
They're actually second-to-last in that category. The Commanders give up 9.8 yards per attempt.Just saw that Chargers defense has horrible pass defense, dead last in NFL, giving up 9 yards per attempt
