nothing.
we'll move the ball between the 20s...only to abandon the run at the first sign of resistence.
against better teams and come december/january football...we'll be strangle hold just like when he was the o.c.
if our gm wasn't a moron...he'd hire ben johnson if he wanted an off. minded hc...or mike vrable or chris shula if he wanted a def. minded coach to infuse some steel into these spines...instead of hiring a garrett/linehan disciple.

You could ask the same about the Detroit OC Ben Johnson. His offense is more tricks and gimmicks than Moore.

We got a first hand butt kicking to prove it.

Kellen would be a comfort hire and bragging point that Booger could claim as his homegrown, handpicked HC returning to the place where he got his first chance.

I think Kellen would get sick of that quickly. I would.

- Kellen Moore's offense was much more effective in the Red Zone than what is McCarthy's offense.

- Moore's offense presented more option routes and push the ball downfield than McCarthy's dink and dunk stop/comeback style WCO, imo

- I believe Kellen offense would have brought out the skill set of speedy WR Brandin Cooks who McCarthy has totally mis-schemed him since he arrived via trade.

- But for those who witness KM flaws will do to remember how he tends to be so pass aggressive that he would abandon the run .. at the wrong time situation of the game.
Kellen - much like Mc
Carthy, didn't seem to fancy involving the RBs into the pass game .

- What occasionally worked with KM, for some odd reason, he would just totally stop it ...forget it ,,and we would never see it again . Ala Jet Sweeps.- wheel routes, etc.
I think the job is KMoore’s.

What people don't realize is....when he was here before he was saddled with trying to incorporate 4 peoples input to make an offense work. That wasn't fair to Kellen....and being BSU Alum....you could see his part of the offense ...and it was miniscule. McCarthy was forced upon him....And now we have seen the McCarthy crap playbook/ play calling on it's own merit....and now you got some buyers remorse. Personally....wouldn't shock me to see Kellen return....with Matt Eberhaus as the defensive coordinator.
Floatyworm.....I understand the appreciation of Kellen Moore......fully understand and respect. But Matt Eberhaus?.......an emphatic no. Want him far away from Cowboys. I understand what he did here in 2016, but no need to retread with 2 coaches.....that's part of the problem and Eberhaus comes off a bad tenure with Chicago.......no.

As for Kellen.....it wouldn't surprise me one bit if Jerry selects him as the next HC.........that's a bit scary too, given he will be expected to lead the complete team, not use a portion. Hmmm.

Dak+Kellen+Zeke+various good receivers couldn't get it done. Sometimes certain combos just don't work. Kellen and Dak can't get it done together. We've seen that dance, or do you not recall? Any time the defense struggled, the offense could NOT step up against good teams to overcome it.
We got away from balance when Kellen became our OC. With a few added and required toys at the skill positions, we should be alright on offense. I think we need a defensive minded HC and one that has input/impact on roster.
Our HC is required to be a puppet coach...........until that changes........it will continue to be lipstick on a pig.

When he was here years ago, we chased him out due to his predictable play calling, trick plays, and failure to run the ball. Now all of a sudden because he has a STUD at running back, and 2 really good WR's, we think he's a great fit to come back and run this offense? I don't see where all the love is coming from for it, please don't let his stars confuse you on the stars that we DON'T have on this team. All we have going for us right now is Ceedee Lamb........

So I ask you, what could he do for this offense, that he didn't do when he was here previously?? Please give your thoughts
He could have Zeke play Center.

The Kellen Moore experience won’t change a thing, we have already been there. It’s Jerry Jones and the next puppet

Pretty sure we saw that here for a few years. Unless the Philly line and Sequon are coming here. I see nothing in Moores personality to believe he could be a head coach. Certainly not in dallas where you have to overcome ownership to instill toughness in the team.
