Unfortunately i only got to talk to Woody for a very brief time at the airport waiting for our luggage but he was very nice and accessible.

The boy (baby) is growing up fast. I can't believe he'll be one year old in two months. It seems like last week that i drove him and his mother home from the hospital. Thanks for asking man.

Some bum who never made the team but played in the preseason. I can't remember his name, but he worked at my company for a week before we fired him because he was worthless.

Martellus Bennett kicked me off his live chat because I told him if he watched film as much as he tweets, he'd be all pro. But I don't know if you consider that "talking to him".

That's a good short list, but you know that doesn't surprise me because MartyB makes an act out of being a goof.

Go back to the old Hard Knocks films, and you'll see. I almost wrote about this, but I didn't want to hate and changed course.

I've got my favorites (Drew, Preston) but they're all great, and I can't really say that any of them were ever standoff-ish or too busy to take the time to meet me and exchange a few words. As a fan, you can't ask for much more than that.

The Good: Meeting TD was a thrill for me. He's the reason I started watching the Boys in the first place.
The Bad: I met Terry Glenn after a tough loss to Denver, and he wasn't in a good mood. He blew off a kid wearing a Terry Glenn jersey. The kid was telling him how he followed his career from Ohio State on and was hoping for an autograph. I felt bad for both of them. Just bad timing I guess.
The Ugly: I congratulated Wade with a "Nice moves out there, coach!" after he got done cutting a rug at the Glass Cactus last year. If you thought the YMCA was bad, you should've seen this. He got a sincere chuckle out of the comment though and patted me on the shoulder. He's a very likeable guy.

Honorable Mention: Having lunch with Deon Anderson twice and bumping into him from time to time is always fun. He's one of the craziest/funniest/nicest guys on the team. Really hard to believe all the stuff that went down at Blackfin that one night, after meeting him.

No Cowboys. But I wish. I'm a Longhorn fan. I just don't get as amped over them as I do over the Cowboys. But I really like our guys and have met all the UT ones and most of our non-UT guys.

It happens. You don't sell your client's character, you sell his social status. It's just how it is. But I truly believe there are a lot more good athletes out there than bad. In fact, I know.
