DO you use a blender or a shaker?

In the morning I use a blender but at the office I use a shaker and I can't put anything in it.

Your not shaking it hard enough. ;)

3 eggs, scrambled.
4 sausage links
1 homemade biscuit
1 tall glass of some weird V8 juice.

Do you put anything in your shake? When I do the chocolate shake I put a banana in and blend it.

I love frozen strawberries and blueberries in the vanilla ones.

Occasionally blend the protein powder with some skim milk and some fat free ice cream.

Now that kicks butt!!

Any of you guys ever eat S.O.S for breakfast?

I make my grandaddy's Cream Chipped Beef recipe from WWII about twice a year...during the holidays mostly. My absolute favorite breakfast...two slices of toasted bread covered in S.O.S and eggs over easy. Amazing.

For breakfast??? I'd be passed out at my office with 10 minutes of getting there. :laugh2:

Believe me, it was a kids meal. Not enough to clog the arteries.

Blender because I like the shakes thicker than you can make in a shaker.

I've heard of it but never seen it in a restaurant down here. I tend to stick to scrambled eggs, bacon, grits and buttered toast/biscuits.

Dude! I love that.

This was the last meal my dad and I shared before he died. I make it every year on his birthday.

(I know, too mushy.)

I've never had it for breakfast, but my mom used to make it for dinner. It's one of my favorites, but I rarely have it. I think I might make one more little trip to the store.... :)

This morning was 2 cups of coffee with the Coffeemate Gingerbread creamer, and I shared a Blueberry Nutrigrain bar and a Nature Valley Fruit and Nut bar with our daughter.

Breakfast? You guys get up early enough to have "breakfast". I just call it 1st meal.

Probably gonna be something microwaved.

SOS = Racing to the box. (box = casket)

Aughhhh Yesssss. ShytonaShingle........ my Grandad intorduced me to this when I was a boy. He too was a WWII - Korean vet. Can't beat it. Race me to the bone yard in a pine box, through a little dirt on me and everybody eat drink and be merry. I'm good with it.

:)

You protein shake guys oughta try this for a change of pace.

Wedges of apple, peel on, smeared with peanut butter, then pressed into your favorite granola-type cereal. Sometimes I'll drizzle a little chocolate or hot ***** sauce over these. Kids love 'em!!

My stomach would go ape on such fare.

Thanks Cheif. Like VTA, I had to run to the bathroom after reading that menu.

My insides hurt. :(

I typically don't eat breakfast but if I do it's a quick boiled egg or bowl of honey nut Cherrios.

I guess I'm missing something. I usually eat an apple and some nuts (pistachios). Today, I added a donut (because someone sat one in front of me). Is that brutal?

I'm not a big breakfast eater. I hold out and eat an early, big lunch.
