Plus you see several very respectable Cowboys players say he isn't nearly as bad as he is portrayed.

We just cut the guy who wants to win as much if not more than anyone on this team.

I love Tony but his nonchalant attitude needs to get put in check and he needs to get more fire like TO had and get back to being that guy that guy who was extremely hungry to win and prove himself.
