will look like when completed?

Is there a preference for Capers or for Williams?

I think both are excellent defensive coaches. I just find it hard to imagine both would land up in Dallas though. What impressed me about Williams is what he was able to do in Wash with "marginal" defensive talent (marginal in my opinion, anyway).

Maybe we're hedging our bets with Capers and interviewing Williams?

Thoughts?

I can see the connection easily.

We'll see.

Pretty interesting the way these guys are popping up for us to talk to.

Capers is definitely the better fit.

Maybe JJ was just exploring all opportunites and wanted to talk with G Williams .. ..

It's all positive for the Cowboys staff IMO, because Sparano, Rogers, Pasqualoni and Bowles were all Parcells' leftovers anyway. Working under a SB winning HC like Parcells is one thing, working under a journeyman HC like Phillips is another. I'd rather have them leave, then not feel comfortable being assistants in Dallas for any reason. I just hope Stewart can now become the next Spagnuolo.
