How has this girl, err, I mean guy NOT BEEN CUT?

He doesn't hit, looks scared of contact, is not even a decent special teams player...and come to think of it is a first round draft pick who ONLY plays special teams...enough said!

HELP ME ON THIS...is he so special now that he sat for 2- 3 years just to season him?!?


My guess is he has pictures on Jerry Jones...

He is still on the team because he is a former first-rounder and the team is trying to find a way for him to contribute in some form or fashion.

Teams hate to cut former 1st rounders that have busted, makes the organization look bad that they blew the pick. So alot of it is trying to save face by trying to find something the guy can do to contribute.


I understand this and I know that the only reason he is still on the team is because he was a first rounder. However, at some point you have to cut your loses and just admit "yea, we f-uped the pick".

I think this years training camp is the last chance for Bobby. He either wins a job with his performance or he gets relased, either in the first or second cut down date.

We've blown plenty of first round picks in the past. I don't see what the problem is.

Special team is 1/3 of a team.

He's a good special team guy, and a first rounder. What other team has a first rounder on the special team.

Pretty sure I read that he was one of Romo's best friends on the team. I can't remember where I read it or anything, so take it with a grain of salt. It would make sense though, at least with regards to why he's still on the team.
