To be fair, the game was over then and Browns just going through the motions to end the game and get on to next week as quickly as possible. And with onside kicks the way they are now, it will make it even harder.
The real issues with Watson was the 1st half and just how many throws were not even close to being on target. Like a high school QB stepped in and was trying to play against an NFL defense. He has had one single good year in his NFL career and that was Houston 2019. Not sure if it was just a fluke or his injuries and suspension got him off the rails and never got back to normal. Reminds me of another Clemson QB who got a ton of hype, won a single playoff game and then fell off (Trevor Lawrence). But at least Lawrence still looks somewhat competent. Watson is very bad right now.
Has to be the modern day trade. Houston was able to resurrect their dead franchise with that trade and now look to have their franchise QB and playmakers to go with him. And beyond that, they guaranteed him $230million years ago when this was unheard of. And now the guy they let walk, Baker Mayfield, looks way better lol. Typical Cleveland Browns.
