What does JAG mean?

I have seen this acronym used in several contexts. Can someone tell me what it means?

From the use it looks like it means a Journeyman type player.

and i agree with you on Choice, he is a real halfback without any question the best every down back we have. Barber is the battering ram, best left for the goal line and fourth quarter grind down, Felix is the home run hitter but not durable enough to carry the load. Choice can do all three.

At first, I thought it meant "Just about gone" but I now remember when Parcells said "Just another guy". Either way, it's fitting.

Far better. You don't want to be a Googler(having to look them up on Google)

Although Brewster is both a JAG and Googler. Rare combo.:D
