What does Mike McCarthy do exactly?

Cold Hard Truth: Mike McCarthy is an average football coach that had HALL OF FAME QB’s run his offenses at Greenbay and solid DC’s to run his defenses.
In 10years (that’s 1 Decade) he won 1 Super Bowl with what will be a 1st ballot Hall Of Fame QB. With the team they had that year my mother could of been the head coach and they would of still won the Super Bowl. That’s the reality of who our head coach is.
I’m not saying he’s a BAD coach. I think he’s a really good guy, hard worker, that truly wants to win. But after less than 1 season I really question his judgment on play calls, clock management, reasoning for play calls, defending indefensible positions, gambling in unfavorable risk/reward situations. If I owned the team I’d give him 2021 to prove he can correct all these amateur looking decisions he’s been making that are just flat embarrassing & inexcusable for a Professional NFL Head Football Coach. If not he’s gone at the end of 2021 season. I don’t think MM will ever be a top 10 NFL head coach but maybe (big maybe) with exactly the right people around him we could be a Contender in 2022 or 2023

he says smart things like

"we went for the fake punt on fourth down from our own 25 because it had the potential for a big play"

They have a street named after this guy near the stadium in Green Bay.
Oh yeah..

What's it called?

Don't tell me.

Let me guess..

"Dead Man's Curve"

Should be..

or "Dead Man Walking".

Do I win anything for playing?

I really think he has been handicapped by the mask this year. You can't tell if he is yelling @ the refs....or if he is asking them if they have a menu handy.

The Cowboys love head coaches that dont call plays on offense, dont call plays on defense, arent involved in special teams AND they're bad at game management. It's truly baffling.
