I wonder if Moore called a good game, Dak was excellent, or the Browns defense just gave up and coasted the last quarter?

What does the comeback in points mean?

means Dak and the offense are great. Means our defense and special teams suck ***. Too many miscues.THAT IS COACHING AND PLAYER CULTURE. Jerry needs to be banned from the star.

A little mix of both. When you’re down by that many, defenses loosen up a little bit in terms of coverage in the back.

for some reason, that’s when Kellen decides to take deeper, longer shots. Why he does screens throughout the rest of the game, I do not know. Dak plays p well but maybe the almost interceptions scared Kellen? Kellen seems very reactionary, so when deep shot pass play fails, he goes back to the screens and jet sweeps.

The Browns assumed the game was over and played prevent the whole 4th quarter. It almost hurt them.

I don't believe this to be true. They play the cover 2 and 3 defense we played under marinelli. They were sitting in zones the whole fourth quarter just like the rest of the game. Dak made some great throws. I am sure that intensity level is lost when you are up that much but i dont think scheme wise they really changed.

Deep zones = prevent

It means the cowboys still lost the game.

Dak played very well down the stretch, everything the offense did was clicking for a while, and yes im sure the browns were playing to eliminate throws down the field.

The team showed enough heart to get back into things, but I wouldnt read too much into the stats. No one really played a complete game on either side of the ball outside of maybe Schultz? Maybe lamb? Dak was phenomenal most of the game but disappeared for a while 2nd/3rd quarter. The defense didn't show up at all until the browns relaxed their aggressiveness on offense.

Deep zones = prevent

not true. They looked like they were simply playing a cover 2 or 4 trying not to give up big plays and Dak killed them making repeated great throws on the sidelines and in the dead spots of the zones.

again they play the defense we played under marinelli. They hired Ben Bloom our former lb coach here to help them as a quality control assistant to help with the ins and outs of putting in the defense.

They should have had 4 interceptions but kept dropping the ball.

again, from my eyes on tv without seeing the all 22 or hearing any pro's talk about it...I think they were just sitting in cover 2 and 4 and Dak picked them apart.

It means very little. It's like an NBA game where a team has a 40 point lead but ends up winning by 8.
