This time his beef is about his health. His Achilles tendon.
He has doubts about his rehab?

i've got a heel spur on each heel. that means there's a calcium deposit at the back of my heel on both feet. to have htem removed would be to pull the tendon up, cut out the "bone" that is the deposit of calcium, and put the tendon back and let it heal.

to tear it? that's a good year just to get back into walking shape. i don't think ellis will be back and it wouldn't surprise me if he retires if he hurt it again.

I ruptured my achilles tendon and it took a year just to trust walking on it.
I have long said it will be at least two years before he can be back fully.

It is ALWAYS something with "team leader" Ellis, isn't it?
