What Ever Happened To The Dallas Cowboys Network?

i know comcast had a DALLAS COWBOYS NETWORK...did it ever take off...that's what we really need......

I believe the NFL forced it to shutdown. I think this was the case with the Falcons' Network as well.

can you just imagine a 24 hour network on the COWBOYS all day and night...
i wish we could just do a par per view and have brad sham telecast the game...
this week we will be able to listen to brad on the ticket and it will be on the same delay as direct tv brodcast.....

As Mick noted above, the NFL forced it to shut down. They were pushing their NFL network and didn't want the competition. It would look kind of bad when a team channel had more viewers than a channel for the whole league.

Nope, I never watched it and although I may be in the minority, I thought it was not a very good idea.

I would rather listen to the Radio and read forums and interract with other Cowboys fans for free than pay for the Cowboys Network.

Plus, I bet you get the latest information faster here or on the radio than you would have on the Cowboys Network.

Did anyone ever get a chance to watch it?

I did quite a bit, especially the 1st few months it was on.

It had legs. The "Talkin' Cowboys" show was broadcast live daily, then they had another hour long live show at 6 p.m. daily. It was basically a Cowboys themed Sports Center.

If for no other reason than the snippets of classic video they showed going into and coming out of commercials, it was great.

They also televised the daily press conferences live. I was really disappointed when it was voted off.
