We are looking at the role Jerrah plays in this organization.
I know years ago Jerrah said he was in charge of sox to jocks.
But really..
how is his job described on this team.?
His success in running the team appears largely to be building ATT and the Star as profitable real estate successes..
not about building the team back to it's former status.
What duties do you guys see him doing exactly?
How involved with the football side of things is he really?
Is there any duties we should take away from him and assign to others.
Jerrah had no problem stripping Garrett of calling plays when he first proved insufficient at the job.
After 25+ years of Jerrah not getting this team back to the promised Land..
how do we separate the GM from the owner to identify problems at the top?
Corporations have to do this all the time.
CEOs are replaced like flipping laundry.
We have not taken out the Cowboy laundry for a refresh since Landry left.
Thoughts from the brain trust here might help us understand our reoccurring failures.
Over to you.
