Right, I like atmosphere, but it still doesn't beat 10 of my buddies a few cases of beer, 65" Sony, 3 extra TVs showing the other games (Sunday ticket), surround sound, BBQ, each of us with our laptops keeping track of our fantasy teams, drinking WAY too much beer (and not having to drive home intoxicated because I'm already there).. and most importantly, for two and a half big-bills, I can watch every game in the NFL for the entire season for less than one game live and in person.

Well I will have 79,999 other buddies at my games. I dont think you can fit that many in your house. And my TV is WAY bigger than yours....LoL. Plus I have hundreds of Flat Screens showing games through out the stadium. I can also drink WAY to MUCH beer in the parking lot tailgating & inside the stadium.

Money's not a thing. I am a season ticket holder. Worth every F*N Penny. Die Hard Fan till I die.

But hey, I think I might like to join you sometime for a beer though in front of that 65" inch TV man.

Oh, I know what you mean about being there--that's why I love going to college games--the atmosphere is just wickedly amazing.

And it's not really about the money, truth be told, I was offered first dibs on the suites well before the ground was broken on the stadium for a good reason. But for me, I still just don't care for being there lives.

Hell, I'm a commodities trader, and I get free front and center tickets from clients all the time, and I've only ever used them once. I usually just give them away to close friends and family--I like my home seat.

To each their own. I completely understand that a lot of people prefer to be there live (like yourself)... I'm the same way with college football. But as for me and the NFL, I'll take the home seat any day of the week (minus the Superbowl of course, that's a whole different story).

Sweet. I had my reservations about you, but as soon as I saw the words "Roll tide!!", that changed my entire perspective about you! :D

I'm heading out to Mississippi for the Ole' Miss game October as a self-birthday present, and for the Iron Bowl in November. I can't wait.

That day/night (Sept. 5th) is actually going to be a REALLY wild event. Because me and my buddy are going to the Georgia Tech opener against Jacksonville State to watch Josh Nesbitt & the best option attack in the country tear it up and thats a 12:00 O'clock game. Then are drunk selves are going to hit up the varsity for some dinner and then head to the Georgia Dome for the Bama, VT game!! Between tailgating for the Tech game (includes many games of beer pong) and the BAMA game we are going to be so hammered. It's going to be a blast. Hopefully both of our teams win.

That's awesome. Have a blast--and for the record, you stay in my permanent good-guy book from now on LOL.

At an absolute minimum I will be at the home opener vs the gspots. The cowboys are currently 5-1 in games I have attended, including 2-0 vs the giants at home. Every home game I Have ever been to has been vs the giants, not much I can do about that, I won't be missing the home opene this year for certain.

I'll be at the Chefs game. Might make it down to Dallas for another game depending on how things work out the next few months.

December 19th in the Superdome. Maybe it will be my second straight weekend visiting New Orleans. Hopefully, my old high school alma mater will have made it to the LHSAA football 4A state finals seven days earlier. :crossed:

I'm going to the home opener vs. Eli "Mouthbreather" Manning. Then I'm going to see Demarcus Ware knock the chocolate chip off Drew Brees' face in New Orleans.

My friends and I might get up to the @Denver game. My friend's a big Broncos fan so that'd be fun.

I'd like to go to the Thanksgiving Day game to see Johnnie Lee Higgins.

I'm going to the season opener against the Giants, the Monday Night game versus Carolina, the home game against the Redsk*ns and the Thanksgiving game against the Raiders. I'll also likely go to the game against the Redsk*ns in Washington.

Depending on how the season goes, I'd also like to go to that game at the end of the year against Philly, and hopefully a few Playoff games!

I am thinking about that last game versus the Eagles, but Dallas always seems to lose the last regular season game. Plus, it might be one of those "who cares" games with playoff status already decided.
