Remember approx 2 years ago when the Colts kicker Vanderjagt bad mouthed QB Payton Manning for not playing well in the playoffs?

I wonder if Manning will be professional now that the shoe is on the other foot......no pun intend!

Marino was much better. He actually made it to a super bowl once, Peyton is never going to if he keeps this up. Manning had some stats, but in reality he choked, Vanderjagt shanking the kick 40 yards to the right doesnt help either.

Did you see Press Conference where Peyton said he wanted to be a good teammate but didn't get the protection that was needed. Peyton certainly showed with that comment that he's not a class guy. In such a case Aikman would simply have said we didn't get the job done and didn't make the plays we should have made & said the other team played better then we did. End of story. Aikman didn't diss his teammates.

Manning looked flat and disinterested for 3 quarters. By the time he got into the game it was too late. He was a bigger problem than the kicker.

Bledsoe never whined about getting his *** kicked either. Fact is the protection wasn't what Manning's used to (great) but it wasn't a jail break on most plays either. Manning played like a scared girl most of the day and missed some wide open throws.

You and Dan Deirdorf would make a great tandem. :bang2:
