I know im going to get flamed but he reminds me a little of Jerry Rice. The way he catches the ball and has that smooth running after the catch, just reminds me so much of him.I really have faith in this guy,and I hope he becomes a great WR one day.

Just happy he's a COWBOY that's all.

When I look at Patrick Crayton, I see the patience of Buddha. The resolve of Ghandi. The intelligence of Einstein. The leadership of Churchill.

We have TT the next great RB

Now Crayton is Jerry Rice? Guys of that ilk step on the field and start very early in career. Crayton still doesn't start......

slow down.

Rolflmao. Sometimes you are too much my friend. That was great. He still reminds me of Tony Hill. Smooth as silk.

dude, i think a comparison to rice isn't too crazy.... because i have thought the same thing.
now, i am talking about body movement. his smoothness and motion.

i think rice is a much better comparison that hines ward.

now, my comparison to rice, does in no way mean that i think he is as good as rice.

No one will ever remind me of Jerry Rice.

Crayton does remind me of Steve Smith of Carolina. I am enjoying this kid more all the time.

I'm not comparing his performance to rice I'm just saying he is very familiar to Rice in his motions and smothnes like mullet said.

Size and style, he reminds me of Keenan McCardell. The Cowboys will be very lucky if hde has anything close to his career.

You might slap me for saying this...but I think he moves and looks like Galloway on the field. Doesn't have Galloway's flat out speed...but really looks like him. And is kind of cocky with the ball...which Galloway has been as well.

The guy looks more like rookie Drew Pearson than anyone I've seen since Drew retired.

I see none of Tony Hill's longish stride and upright stance, and none of his poor attitude either.

Drew was a former QB without an NFL QBs arm. He caught the ball with soft handed grace, and he ran a beautiful deep slant, he was excellent at adjusting to the ball in flight, additionally he was from a less-than-prominant college program in Oklahoma. Drew was undrafted, Patrick was a seventh rounder. Both players are fast enough but not speed burners, each is adept at finding the soft spot between defenders in the zone. I see alot of similarities.

Agreed. As much as I dislike the guy (Jerry Rice), there is no other Jerry Rice and never will be. He may be the best player to ever play the game and if he's not, he's in the discussion.

yea i'll go w/ Joey Galloway be looks like him, moves like him, and definatly has a very nice set of hands like Galloway. I hope he can be the Galloway we saw on the field, not the one we saw in the training room more often.

He reminds me of Kelvin Martin...not the way he runs or anything. Just the scrappy 3rd WR that makes the important 3rd down play. not blazing fast, but dependable.
