assistant LB coach - he's one guy who likely stays on the staff no matter what goes down.

if we would get back to drafting guys like him -- not high on the physical talent end but great overacheivers -- we would be in a better place

Why do you assume he wasn't? Reggie Herring was the LB Coach, Nguyen the Assistant and Defensive Quality Control coach.

I'm as real as they come! So who cares??? Quality control coaches run film...they are a lot like a grad assistant. He still wasn't a better LB then Zach was/is!!!

Alternatively, you should just call him out whenever you feel he is being "mean" -- really, there is no way for him to learn that it hurts people's feelings otherwise.
