Everyone was saying France got fired last year for mishandling Dak's contract negotiations. So why is he still negotiating now?

France and CAA parted ways after one year. They more than likely weren't happy that none of his guys signed long term contracts. Some thought that meant Dak would stay with CAA and part with France but he went with France.

Typically, the agents don't have rights to the clients in cases such as this. So I'm guessing that Dak elected to stay with France. France is a pain in the backside. Nobody likes dealing with him but hey, if the player is going to pick that guy, they know exactly who and what they are picking. It says a lot about the player as well IMO.

what happened was Todd left and went to another agency/employer with the promise of signing a mega deal with Dak. Dak never let him go..it may have appeared that way, but no.

Trust, France is not a loser. He's insanely successful at what he does, has a clientele list that is the envy of most agents and is swimming in money.
And he most likely enjoys what he does.

Your are right its says football is a business owned by Billionaires negotiating the services of Millionaires.
So you better get someone that can negotiate with a Billionaire. Todd France has negotiated +1.5 Billion in contracts. So Billionaire negotiator knows Billionaires.
