What Happened With Chris Redman ?

This guy was great coming out of Louisville & was a 3rd round pick by the Ravens in 2000. He seemed to have all kinds of potential. I saw where he signed with the Austin Wranglers of the AFL. What exactly derailed his career? I saw he was with the Titans at one time and was released. Can he ever make an NFL comeback, like Tim Couch hopes to do?
