He may be the biggest question mark? Many laughed at the Bears for making him a first round pick. He was rumored to have been a bust even before getting injured. He gets injured. The Bears cut him quickly. Can he stay healthy? Does he have the stamina to play a whole game? When was the last time he played a meaningful game? How short of a leash will he be on?

Any chance the RT position will be by committee? First quarter Columbo, 2nd quarter Pettiti, etc.?

Have you watched any of the preseason games? Compared to last year Columbo is rock solid and I can rest easy. Columbo will be starting at RT and Petitti will be swing. Flo at LT and McQ backing up Flo.

Fabini is my only Q and my guess we keep all 5.

Cut him quickly? He was with them 3 years. He got hurt year 1 and they stuck with him 2 more years before giving up.

Bills got a handle on the situation. At least we have more options this year. Bill will play the guy who's playing the best. If thats Marc, so be it.

Well that was a nice pick-me-up... sounds good...:starspin

Man, how far out do we go to wring our hands? We finally have some continuity & talent on the OL, & someone still has to find something to worry about.....geez.

and even then he wasn't completely healthy, evidenced by it taking him a few months to rehabilitate himself to the level he's currently at

Cannot do T by comitte, they need to get in a ryhthm and play as an unit. I know he rotated C's last year, but this year, seems Gurode will be the full time starter.

Question: Why are you so anti-Colombo? I want the best man for the job and thus far it's Colombo.

Ya it was a really long road for him. Like darn near 3 years to get back totally. The Bears tried hard to get him healthy but he just didn't respond. Good thing for us they gave up. I don't blame them, they were paying him a lot as a #1. The thing i like about this kid is they say he's tough as heck. After the Rogers fiasco i'm rooting for this guy.

The right tackle slot has been a mystery for us for years and I can't think of a better man to solve a mystery than Columbo.

I don't think so and I also think it is a bad ideal rotating OL around. I think if you put out your best guys and allow them to work together they can form a good unit as they start to gel with each other.
