What HC / DC Option would you prefer?

With the new report that Turner wants control over his staff and that he wants Rivera to be his DC what coaching combination would you want? It appears that the main hold up (and this is just my opinion) in Norv being the HC because since day 1 hes been the frontrunner is that Jerry is not sure he wants Rivera as his DC. Due to the obvious reasons that Jerry wants to continue running a 3-4 and Rivera obviously doesn't Run a 3-4. So that leaves us with these options.

1) HC - Turner
DC - Rivera
OC- Garrett

2) HC - Phillips
DC - Bowles
OC - Garrett

3) HC - Singeltary
DC - Bowles
Garrett

The reason you do NOT and in my opinion is not even a legit possibility, see an option for singeltary or phillips or any other candidate with rivera as DC is because Jones doesnt want it HOWEVER may give in for Norv Turner and ONLY Norv Turner. Does anyone else see it this way? or is it only me and if you haven't thought of it does it seem like a possibility? So would bringing in Rivera change your mind about Turner as head coach OR would you rather have Phillips or Singeltary as HC with Bowles as DC.

If Rivera is part of the equation for Turner, what are the odds that JJ hires him without an interview? Lets take this one step further. If JJ is going to interview Rivera, and I think this likely, what are the odds that he only interviews him as a DC?
