What I can see happening in the draft

I can see us trading up into that 15-18 range for Revis, Willis, Branch, Staley or Meachem. It's looking like none of them are a good bet to make it to #22 and all of them fit a need.

I can see us trading down to that 27-35 range to target a player like Spencer, and adding a few picks in the prime rounds in this draft 2-4.

We could stay put and take Bowe, Ross or any of those listed above that make it to #22.

This weekend should prove entertaining.

Now if I were to rank the odds:

60% staying at #22.

30% trading up.

10% trading down.

Why I think that is trading down will be difficult, even though I think it's what we really want to do on Saturday. So it comes down to staying put and not getting a "flashy" player or moving up for somebody that is more likely to get some sizzle going around the Ranch.

I think it would be something like:

Stay at 22 - 50%
Trade Down - 40%
Trade Up - 10%

I think a trade down is more likely than you're thinking given the fact that Jerry Jones already mentioned two teams being interested in trading up. The only way I see us trading up is if Adrian Peterson starts to fall and that's not something that I think is very likely.

I tend to agree with you......trading down seems the greater %

I think I'll wait to draft day and just see what happens.....:D

Use those brain cells for the beer instead of thinking...

Yep, pick 22 is so highly coveted and all.;)

It's the draft everyone lies.

This is Jerry who surely sold magic tonic in his past life.

I'm sure we'd love to trade down, in fact if I rated those odds I'd say it's:

20% stay

60% trade down

20% trade up

The trouble is, with our spot, the talent in this draft I don't see a trading partner there...ESPECIALLY, 4 days before the first name is called.
