What I LOVE about our pick

everyone keeps talking about Goff or Wentz or Bosa or Jack....
2 years ago at the end of the college season, Aaron Donald was one of the top ranked DTs and was projected to go mid to late 1st round.

After the combine, he was being talked about as a top 10 pick and ultimately was selected at 13. He's turned out to be a stud in the NFL and would easily be a top 5 pick today.

Shazier had the same thing happen as well. Post combine his stock was soaring. My point is, there are players out there right now that aren't even on any of our radars yet. I personally don't care if we don't draft Wentz, Goff, or Lynch. I'd prefer to use a later pick on QB and just go BPA.
Either way I'm excited about this draft!!!

Ya things change all the time. Even look at Wentz people were talking about him in the 2nd round, then it went to trading in to bottom of the first to get him now is draft him at 4. Trust me when I say that teams already know where most these players rank, sure things change but the media and us draft heads don't have the info the teams have. ........be nice to see our scouts notes on players

The 4th pick gives the Cowboys ability to draft a long term stud player.
The 4th pick giver the Cowboys the flexability to deal down a few spots in the draft and pick up an extra 2nd and or 3rd round pick.

Many options available.

Yes, during the process players will rise and fall, should be fun to watch going forward.

I have no idea what the Cowboys will actually do especially at #4 but hopefully we get an outstanding player.

Free Agency will be interesting as well with regard to the QB situation.
