he will look for players who can play multiple schemes (3-4 & 4-6). I think he will insist on 2 gap NT and move Jay to DE. Here could be glimpse of how Ryan might sprinkle in a 4-6 defensive alignemnt (modern day 4-6 that we saw his brother run at Baltimore). In this alignment a LB (Lee) can drop back into secondary or stay in box. Its exotic and would be fun to watch.
