Well after that debacle, I figured I would look ahead and put myself in Jerrah's shoes for a bit. Here is what I would do:

Coaching Staff

1. Fire Wade and the entire staff except for Jason Garrett and suggest to promote Dat Nguyen to LB coach.

2. Hire a former Cowboy player, but it's not Jason Garrett, it's Jim Schwartz. The guy is a solid defensive coordinator, tough when he has to be and a very intelligent guy.

Players

1.Let Flo go in free agency. As you can tell this line is overrated and new blood is required. Besides we can collect a decent compensatory draft pick by allowing him to go elsewhere.

2.Bye bye Julius Jones, Jaques Reeves, Terry Glenn, Miles Austin, Oliver Hoyte, Tyson Thompson

3.Explore trading Roy Williams and Bobby Carpenter

Free Agency

1.Sign Bryant Johnson, Drayton Florence, and possibly Karlos Dansby...if not than bring in a couple of special team dynamos.

Draft

1.Draft a corner PLEASE!! A draft which includes Antoine Cason, Red Bryant (nt) and Rashard Mendenhall would be a nice start. A rocket like Eddie Royal would put the icing on the cake.

To me the three largest priorities will be a corner or two, a true nose tackle and a couple of wideouts.

I really like it! I think you are being to rough on Flo, he is one of the top 3 in the leauge IMO, and many others, but I do think he is getting older and would not want to resign him long term or for the money he wants.

Love getting rid of most of the coaching staff, except that it would be another year of transition and generally that does not produce good results, but IMO worth the risk.

I would add explore getting rid of Crayton, to many drops, to much attitude, piss poor as a punt returner, i mean piss poor.

Like your draft ideas.

Not to sure about free agency, honestly have not heard of those guys...

oh and I think we need Roy Williams (WR) or Fitzgerlad if possible

you made some good points but oh god i almost threw up when i saw Jim schwartz mentioned as a guy to be our HC. having watched plenty of titans games cause im a obvious big fan of Vince well trust me he is worse than Zimmer. he's too damn conservative and has no creativity at all. he's solid but he's not the type of coach that can win you a championship. trust me Fans would be askin for his heard before u could say Zim...
