What (if any) CB would you pull the trigger on at 24?

Would you take any other CB at 24?

If other targets were gone, you'd be wise to consider Gordon and Elam.

Elam is so smooth and physical with his hands. His technique is A+ as well. He's a less athletic Patrick Surtain, Jr. and would be ideal opposite the risk-taking Diggs.

Booth is too hot and cold for me.

Outside of Sauce and Stingley I think the only other legit 1st round CB is Booth.

Elam is close but I see him more of a fringe 1st rounder.

Elam looks really, really good to me, 1st rounder all day. I have no idea how he hasn't got more hype. From what I've seen on tape, his combo of size, speed and fluidity isn't that far off of Stingley.

if you liked Bossman's guest appearances last year, you will love Elam... exact same style of player.

He should go top 20, but the draft media doesn't have him graded where I have him graded. We'll see who the NFL agrees with.

Booth looks like a plug and play starter for a man coverage defense. Very physical and very athletic, but a tick slow to process. I like him a lot for Quinn's off-man scheme, but I like Elam more. I'd be fine with Booth at #24, but he will go top 20 thanks to positional value.

I think Elam lost some steam due to a few weeks of injury this year.

I was really, really hoping to see a 3 cone and short shuttle at the combine as that was my only question on him and he didn’t do it. He might be the same mold as Diggs in that he gives you could length and straight line speed but struggles with shifter quicker WRs.

Joseph is probably the best athlete of the 3 we’re taking about so if the team is high on him that’s make me feel better about someone like Elam at 24.

I could get on board…arguably one of the most underrated players in the class IMO. I’d rather take him than any WR not named London.
