What if changing the "culture" meant trading Micah Parsons?

Just some food for thought! Maybe he gets too much negative attention with the podcast, is he liked by all of his teammates/staff in the building, maybe he gets more attention than the starting QB of the Cowboys. The money that he could want might be too much for Jerry/Stepehen to stomach. Why not pull off another big Dallas area trade i.e Luka trade pt 2???

If this were anyway true, would this help to change the culture in Dallas??? I'm not sure, but i'd love to hear your thoughts

He's not ALL of the issues with the "culture" problems in Dallas that's unfair, but he could be some part......

Its not just about culture change

Cant win paying 3-4 players 50% of your salary
Guess what, next year we are going to pay an OG (Smith) LT money to stay. If im the GM and im gonna pay him, play him at LT.

The most important factor is that Micah is a LB playing DE.
His stats including TFL, solo and comb tackles have been dropping every year
His sacks dropped this year
He is missing time for injury

Disappears in the playoffs

He will not hold up and will be missing more time in the next few years

He is not worth 40 million

Gotta think about the team not the player

At least one player wearing a Dallas Cowboys Jersey will get that kind of attention, I don't think the podcast affects the culture especially the way he always gives it up on the field. I do think that sometimes his comments in general could be better thought out or even better, not stated at all.

It may just get to where a player like him, who commands that type of salary, isn’t worth having for a team that isn’t ready to win.

Jerry will never see it that way so the comment is moot if you disagree. Let’s see what actually happens over the next season or two.

Yeah I don't see Jerry and company trading Micah. Jerry and Company will fork over whatever it takes to resign him. We like our guys.

Lol,
30 year culture is somehow the fault of a player who’s been here for 4 years.
And the only one who’s seems to be upset and embarrassed when that 30 year culture resurfaces to bite our *** for that matter!

There is no "What if".........When a guy is more interested in doing Podcasts instead of working out.......And he starts putting out tape where his *** is too tired to rush......And now he's *****ing about wanting to be paid the highest paid player in the league......THAT'S A PROBLEM

:banghead:

I guess we should all thank our lucky stars Jerry is the GM then!
Seriously who would take an all pro caliber guard and move them out to be an average tackle?

I want players that hate losing and gripes constantly about a lack of efforts from everyone around them including coaches and team executives.

If Parsons didn't care about winning, he wouldn't be griping so much.

Wth does "change the culture, " mean? Please tell me what the current culture is? Tell me what culture you'd like to see, and what players can craft this great new culture?

Micah is a top 5 impact player in the league. If you don't want players like him on your team, you are a browns fan.
