What if changing the "culture" meant trading Micah Parsons?

Just some food for thought! Maybe he gets too much negative attention with the podcast, is he liked by all of his teammates/staff in the building, maybe he gets more attention than the starting QB of the Cowboys. The money that he could want might be too much for Jerry/Stepehen to stomach. Why not pull off another big Dallas area trade i.e Luka trade pt 2???

If this were anyway true, would this help to change the culture in Dallas??? I'm not sure, but i'd love to hear your thoughts
if they wanted to change the culture they should have gotten rid of the crap QB making more than Mahomes

We don't have to play what if in this case. The culture in Dallas is set from the top. The circus would not exist if is not allowed to exist by the owner. The side shows, and outside noise would stop if the own said "stop it". That is not going to happen whether Micah does a podcast or not. Personally, I have no issue with Micah doing podcasts. That's harmless activity. It is certainly better than the SB teams of the 90s with the clubbing, their fun house or whatever they called it, and all the other shenanigans. At the end of the day, when Jimmy had them they worked on one thing and that was winning. That culture no longer exists.

This has been the procedure by Dallas for years.
Re-sign their core.
Hope and prayers that draft picks can fill in the remaining spots

The front office won't move on from Parsons. They may leak some negative press if it drags on, but he's a money maker and attention grabber. Not to mention an elite pass rusher.

and any other QB he's making more money than that's had success in the post season and the QB's that don't fold when playing good teams

Good points!!! He's elite but is he elite at the right time??

Now you're talking we need to get rid of him for maximum value before he gets paid injured and is no good to us at all it's what's coming.

This guy is not taking us to the promised land he comes up small in playoff games. He is never a game changer when it really matters.
He feasts and pads his stats on weak teams
An impact player in garbage time.
We have gotten our money's worth out of this linebacker playing defensive end.

Time to get out and quit while we're ahead before we pay him a king's Ransom and he wears down and gets hurt it's coming
Of course.

However, Jerry just created a pile of cap space and paid Dak/CD. That took away all possibility of Parsons being traded.

I've already stated I am OK with trading Micah. Nothing against him, we have so many holes to fill and the draft picks would help a lot.

While it's true the culture was not good for a long time prior to Micah, it surely would send an earthquake throughout the team and NFL world if we traded him. It well could change the perception of this organization as a a bunch of front-runners, and pretenders. Maybe it would change the culture ,if only for a handful of years. It would depend on what we get back for him too.
So you think the players are all going to take a step back and say... whoa, I better be on my best behavior moving forward. I better try harder now that they have shown they will trade anyone?????

Ill ask again,.... what exactly is the culture, or problems you see with our players? are you in the weight room, meetings, film study? Game day? that you can see all these "Problems,?"

I don't claim to have the iron clad solution. Just ideas. What's your ideas? Instead of being critical , what's yours?

I would not be opposed to that. given his situation, not sure what we will get. anybody trading for him is paying twice. with picks and large contract.

I said it a few months ago and I will say it again. If they trade Micah after having kept Dak, Im out.
I'm already out and from the outside looking in. Anyone that thinks trading away a generational player while keeping Dak needs to punched right in the mouth!
