What if changing the "culture" meant trading Micah Parsons?

Just some food for thought! Maybe he gets too much negative attention with the podcast, is he liked by all of his teammates/staff in the building, maybe he gets more attention than the starting QB of the Cowboys. The money that he could want might be too much for Jerry/Stepehen to stomach. Why not pull off another big Dallas area trade i.e Luka trade pt 2???

I could diffidently get behind a trade like that. The Cowboys have to find a way to get Arch Manning and if that means trading Parsons for possibly a couple of high picks, GO FOR IT! I want the 2025 Cowboys to TANK BIG TIME! The 2026 NFL Draft could mean the beginning of repeating the early 90's for the Boys............

Right now Parsons is the star of our defense, so I don’t see it or want it. That said, if they traded him in a big deal, clearing even more cap space and gathering players and draft picks to rebuild the the defense, I wouldn’t be too upset because you don’t need the best pass rusher if you build a front where everyone can make plays and LBs have blitz potential.

Its not just about culture change

Cant win paying 3-4 players 50% of your salary
Guess what, next year we are going to pay an OG (Smith) LT money to stay. If im the GM and im gonna pay him, play him at LT.

The most important factor is that Micah is a LB playing DE.
His stats including TFL, solo and comb tackles have been dropping every year
His sacks dropped this year
He is missing time for injury

Disappears in the playoffs

He will not hold up and will be missing more time in the next few years

He is not worth 40 million

Gotta think about the team not the player

Culture for me is this, everyone on the same wave length by which nothing is acceptable but your very best. Winning in many ways is culture. Sometimes it's fools gold too.

so what have you seen to show anything less than players best efforts? Do the Bills have a losing culture? They havent been in a SB since 1993.

How about the Lions? they blew it last year to a far inferior team. Is that because of their crappy culture?

Do the Commanders all of the sudden now have a winning culture?
