What if changing the "culture" meant trading Micah Parsons?

I could diffidently get behind a trade like that. The Cowboys have to find a way to get Arch Manning and if that means trading Parsons for possibly a couple of high picks, GO FOR IT! I want the 2025 Cowboys to TANK BIG TIME! The 2026 NFL Draft could mean the beginning of repeating the early 90's for the Boys............
Lol gotcha

so what have you seen to show anything less than players best efforts? Do the Bills have a losing culture? They havent been in a SB since 1993.

How about the Lions? they blew it last year to a far inferior team. Is that because of their crappy culture?

Do the Commanders all of the sudden now have a winning culture?
To the last sentence, answer is yes. Winning cures all. Winning IS what culture is essentially. Accepting standards any lower than your best, is poor culture , not winning, is bad culture in itself. Culture is a state of mind, top down. All the cogs of the operation must walk the same walk. It starts in the off-season, right now. We about to see if anything is changed. Actions, not words. I think you and I agree there

Culture? Lol I dont care.. were trying to win football games. Not lead boyscout troops. Micah is in no way shape or form a problem.
Great point. Sometimes you can overcome culture issues by pure grit on the field, talent. It's hard, but has been done. Heck, look at our team in the 90s lol...off the field. The Whitehouse ring a bell? I don't mean the capitol. We win those games on the field purely because of refusing to accept anything but our best . Overcame the shenanigans off the field. Again, hard to do, but we did. Micah on the field, if we only look at that, is terrible in big games against formidable teams. Now is it all on him? I have no idea, but if I'm about to give you the bag, commit to you, I need more when it matters. Let's see if the new coaches can help him. Then we can circle back.

Just some food for thought! Maybe he gets too much negative attention with the podcast, is he liked by all of his teammates/staff in the building, maybe he gets more attention than the starting QB of the Cowboys. The money that he could want might be too much for Jerry/Stepehen to stomach. Why not pull off another big Dallas area trade i.e Luka trade pt 2???

If this were anyway true, would this help to change the culture in Dallas??? I'm not sure, but i'd love to hear your thoughts
He can Stay or let him leave, doesn't matter, we're still just winning 6 games this year, maybe.. we've already got worse with the loss of JLew.

But Dallas won 12 games 3 years in a row. Is that a losing culture? If so, then Washington still has a losing culture.

For a time, no. The poor culture still existed, but we masked it. Winning kinda masked the issues. I rather fix the culture then let it organically happen

Not sure. He gets a lot of flack for his podcast. I haven’t listened.

I’ve watched his play on the field and he’s one of the top defenders in the game, with not much support.

I can’t say that for the leader on the other side of the ball.

You said: "To the last sentence, answer is yes. Winning cures all. Winning IS what culture is essentially."

So Washington has a decent season and they now have a "Winning culture." 1st good season in what... 7 years or so, yet Dallas has done a solid job of winning double digit seasons, but winning is essentially what culture is. But not when it is Dallas doing the winning???

Explain that please. So our team winning was really only hiding or masking the crappy culture. But Washington winning is a winning culture?

Maybe he gets too much negative attention with the podcast,
I think jerry should fund him in his own late night talk show up against jimmy kimmel.
Jerry could use it for marketing purposes , and Parsons would be so happy,
he would ball out in the games.
