Cowboys would have had a better season than Commodes if they switched coaching staffs, even with the injuries. No doubt in my mind.

Fat Mike and Zimmer are old tread coaches that can't adapt to new age football. They're baby boomers trying to use a computer and AI. Jerry kept the wrong coach, which ked him to keeping Dak

our defense would still struggle to stop the run and get a stop when it matters.

We would still be stuck with the same problem that is the root of ALL our problems: the owner and GM of this team.

I'm not sure. This defense lost Bland for a while, Diggs, Parsons for a while, Lawrence, Overshown ... I don't think it would have been any different than when we lost to Green Bay in the playoffs with Quinn as defensive coordinator -- too much for the coaching staff to overcome without the front office providing better replacement parts.

Most likely, our fans would be griping about how Quinn shouldn't have been kept after the Packers disaster.

Washington is so lucky to have finally moved past Dan Snyder. Unfortunately, we're stuck with the Jones Family forever...there is no price they would be willing to receive to ever sell the team!

Then Barkley would have gotten the NFL rushing record in the first half.

I think Jerry's original plan was to let Quinn take over for McCarthy. But after a couple years, I think Jerry also realized he couldn't control Quinn, like he can one of his yes men head coaches. Likewise, I think Quinn realized he could never coach under Jerry.
So now another team has risen out of the n. NFC East garbage pile, and here we are working our way down.

Daniels is the reason why Washington made the playoffs. He literally is the difference between 11-5 and 5-11. Quinn almost blew that game last night.
