What if it is not Garrett?

I think it’s a little bit of everything, combined, the proverbial “Death by 1,000 cuts”.

1)Garrett’s stubborn refusal to abandon the over simplistic, predictable, outdated schemes.
2)Garrett’s lack of adjustments
3)The FO ignoring the importance of special teams
4)Questionable officiating
5)Injuries
6)The circus of distractions ALWAYS surrounding the Dallas Cowboys
7)Circumstance
8)Occasional execution problems

A little of this, a little of that, and it’s always been said that winning a Super Bowl requires the “perfect storm” of conditions.

I do think we get other teams "best foot forward" being so routinely nationally televised.

No one wants to look like a doofus on national television, at least I'd imagine, from players to coaches for obvious reasons. Not that the non-nationally televised games are really much better, but a bit more likely to go under the radar and a bit less likely to be poured over the next month and a half in the media.

Like Garrett icing his own kicker on SNF..lol Yeah remember that, so does everyone else in America and beyond. Even if it's kinda ridiculous.

Could be BS idk, but I suspect it provides a bit extra motivation to perform well even if you're 2-8 at the time making it a bit tougher on us.

There isn’t any consequences other than wins and losses for the front office’s blunders. They can do as they wish and still rake in the dough by the truckloads. The brand is more popular than ever regardless of not having even made an NFC championship in almost three decades. We all know this but yet here we all are lol

There’s several contributing factors. Coaching and front office are only part of it. The NFL is a talent driven league. When I look around at some of the other Elite teams we simply haven’t proven to be in those categories.

We haven’t had an Elite QB or Defense. I think we are about where we’ve been . In the next group of echelon teams pretty much where we’ve finished. This hadn’t been a Final Four team IMO.

Don't do that too much since I retired, but????? What if it's not Garrett? What else could it be? Bad Karma, bad luck? What do you think? Maybe @Idgit can weigh in.....

You can see a pattern of play with this team for almost a decade now. That's usually a reflection on coaching. It's Garrett.
