What if Jerry promotes Zimmer to head coach?

Unlikely he would promote Zimmer because he’s running the defense.

That's what will happen......the same as what we have seen for 28 years.

That's because the problem remains the same, it has never been fixed.

How much do you want to bet that Jerry lives to be a hundred?

yeah right is that before or after he pisses us off interviewing coaches already on the staff, and saying sweet words of how "we're not looking to make changes, we love and believe in mike!"

It would be a move that EVERYONE saw coming, it wouldn't shock anyone! Why because he has coaching experience, and it's complete laziness on Jerry's part!!! It's time to get a younger coach in here, bring some swag and toughness

Dallas needs Belichick. Nothing like a guy that has never made the playoffs as a HC without Brady. A retread extraordinaire.

i suspect there are issues between Mike and Zim. (Where is the AAGap D? Mike likely hates it.)

both wear the Ring.

Zim had more playoff success at MIN than Mike has had at Dallas.

Yeah, that's going to happen! If anything, JJ will announce to the world that HE is going to take over the reins of the Cowboys since that is on his BUCKET LIST! LOL!!!!!

Zimmer has never made it to a SB as a HC or DC. McCarthy at least got here when he was with a non JonesBoys team, and won it.
 
After the embarrassing playoff loss to GB.
Followed by the offseason we just had.
Then, the season were having so far.
When MM gets fired and is replaced with Zimmer the fans will tune out so much worse then they did during in training camp.
Jerry needs a big and bold move after Mike McCarthy....and Zimmer ain't it.

John Fossel would be a better option at this point.

Can you imagine a special team without a long snapper?

That is about as equivalent to an offense without a RB or a defense without a DT.
 
Jerry should just hire himself.....he's the only one who can get us to a Super Bowl..... :muttley:

Jerry let the best coach he's had in a long time go to WAS, so he doesn't know what a good coach looks like.
