what do we need a WR for? to stop Ogletree? To replace hurd? To replace Austin?

We need Oline and saftey this is a simple draft and should have a simple plan.

No genius, to replace RW after he flops another season. KO is Craytons replacement.

To get rid of Roy Will-I-aint.

Watching highlights of Golden Tate, most of his catches were just straight go routes. There weren't many clips at all of him going over the middle, making a tough grab. I just wonder how he will contend against better, faster corners in the league if all he can do is run deep.

I like Tate a great deal, and think he's a lot like Hines Ward, but where do you have him ranked in terms of wideouts? I think I go Bryant>Benn>Thomas>Tate. Wouldn't you rather have a guy like Benn if he's there?

All this dreaming of a WR in the first few rounds.....

We've all been doing this kinda dreamin for the past few drafts and we always end up only drafting 7th rounder WRs or undrafted ones.....

Let me tell ya'll this.....

JERRY WILL NOT, CANNOT, & REFUSES TO DRAFT A WR in the first half of a draft..... He'll never do it

lol

Someone was telling me during the season he cant catch a go route to save his life.

No, hes got good strong hands and would be great going over the middle on crossing routes.

He's the whole package...you've never seen a video of Golden Tate making a tough grab? Lol. Thats mainly what he's known for man. If theres a concern about him its actually his deep speed. Or it was at least.

WR Andre Roberts, The Citadel Height: 5-11. Weight: 195

May be small, but plays big, has exceptional strength at 192 pounds... Catches the ball in traffic, good hands... Proved at the combine with a 4.46-40 that he has the extra gear to beat NFL corners deep... Runs well after the catch, breaks tackles, very elusive, can make the first man miss consistently with the ball in his hands... Excels in the short passing game where he can catch the ball in stride and turn up-field... Good at beating press coverage, has a lot of moves to avoid getting jammed... Very productive, 285 receptions 3,743 yards and 37 TDs in his career at The Citadel... Durable, has played in 45 games in his four years, hasn't missed a single contest due to injury... Overall just a very good receiver prospect, does all the little things well, understands coverages, finds the hole in zones, gets in and out of his breaks nicely, simply finds ways to get open

Roberts projects as an NFL slot man with homerun-hitting return skills

in round 3

give me Roberts
