Several teams besides us would have won a SB if they had Mr. Mahomes

No shock about that effect from the best Qb in the league….he IS the force multiplier

A great QB can overcome a lot of bad coaching. Think how many times Mahomes scrambled out of the pocket and just makes a play. That is stuff you can’t coach. It’s arm talent and quick thinking.

We literally had top offenses in the NFL. Nothing would be different. Pat Mahomes would be Romo 2.0, trying to outscore the other team as our FO penny pinched on defense and we'd get knocked out in the 2nd round as Mahomes put up 40 but the opposing offense put up 42. People would be crying about the interceptions as Mahomes has to throw the ball 500 times a game to keep up.

We'd have Paxton Lynch or Carson Wentz
I'd rather take a chance on a QB with a higher ceiling that an undrafted, or 4th round pick. We know what we're getting with those, and it's nowhere.

QB isn't the problem. Dak isn't Rodgers, but he's good enough to win with. The problem is our 'high ceiling' qb would have still spent the majority of his early career going through the Garrett and Moore experiment and he'd still be stuck with an FO that believes that we should build mostly only through the draft and will build a team that is 'just good enough' to be playoff bound but not win it all.

What we saw with Romo looks the EXACT same thing with Dak and it will look exactly the same with the next QB.

FO is the most important aspect of modern football
