What if the Rams don't take Bradford?

Every mock I've seen assumes that the Rams are going to take Bradford. But what if they decide to go a different direction? What is the possible trickle-down effect of that happening? Could Washington end up taking him at #4? How far could he slide? Has anyone seen (or done) a mock that explores this scenario?

A couple times and typically it involves a Rams trade down but the few I have seen where the Rams simply pass on him Bradford ended up at KC twice, Seattle but I never seen him drop any further then Buffalo at 9.
