Im not going to pretend I knew about him 3 years ago, or seriously considered him last year. But hes got his guys playing out of their minds. And its not a great group. Revis is great. Harris, Rhodes, and Jenkins are nice. Hes squeezing plays out of some marginal talent

Im still confident about 11-5 and the playoffs. But I never bought into Wades tough talk all off-season. What are the guys going to fear you all of the sudden?

And if your not even going to discuss extending your coaches contract doesnt that tell you about your faith in him?

If this season ends similarly to any of the past 12 or so theres no one left for Jerry to blame

Anyway, I like Rex Ryan. And if we fired Wade after the Phi game and hired Rexy wed be in better shape non pun intended

i think if we had gotten rex in 2007 we would have been in the superbowl

thats exactly what this team needs a no nonsense type coach, that challenges players, and has a fierce intensity, that rubs off on the players

if you noticed, he has settled down their rookie qb too

I was thinking, if anything ever happened to Reid, I'd like Ryan to become HC.

Yeah I agree. Aside from being a great defensive mind, he's pretty ballsy with the media and it cracks me up.

Everyone loves him now because he just beat the Patriots and he's 2-0, but once he starts losing a few games, his loudmouth jerk routine is going to wear very thin, both in his local market as well as nationally.

He father is a scumbag and I doubt the acorn fell terribly far from the tree. Quite honestly, I am a bit disappointed that he is getting props from Cowboys fans. We, of all people, know the tactics that his father espoused.

apples to oranges hos. ryan is playing with a rookie QB and singletary has who exactly at QB?

you think wade ends up with a better record than ryan (or singletary) if both coach this dallas team?

i dont think so.
I was unaware that Singletary had no input on acquiring a QB for his team. That's a great coach, you're right.

I actually had no idea who his father was when I made this. So yea, asterisk him and his dad.

But still, nice run for them. Not a ton of talent, but a lot of luck.

Oh please NFL players do not fear coaches, that is a crock of BS. These are millionairs players who with FA can move to another team. This is not high school or college this is the NFL and these players with a union and the big bucks are not shaking in the face of any coach.
