What if Jerry jones gives up our #28 for hall and we dont have to sign him to that big contract until after next season when his deal is up. We will be taking a big chance but if he plays extremely well with us we sign him long term oviously if he doesnt he moves on. Newman is getting old and hall would be taking his place for years to come. It is risky but its a scenerio that could happen we trade for him and jerry jones finds a way to let him play the year out and if he plays well we sign him long term and give up the $$$$. I honestly think Jerry could find a way to do that and remember Primtime is very close to hall and thinks he is all that maybe he would have something to say about that as well. Its very realistic

I see Hall get beat a LOT!
We need to get YOUNGER at C.B. and don't have much cap room, so why not use that 1st rounder on a C.B. for the future who will cost a FRACTION of what Hall will cost, and you don't give up a 1st rounder on a guy and then HOPE he plays well for one seaosn before signing him, if you're giving up a 1st, you had better be 100% positive he's the real deal and give him a contract extension right then and there.

Give me one 24 yr old cb that is as good as hall. So he gets burned by t.o and chad sometimes wow thats something isnt it. I think if he didnt have a cock attitude and was quiet we would really consider him a real good cb and also alot of people saying crap about him because he and t.o had that war. i think if we can get a good deal for him... go for it
he gets burnt by TO cause TO is real big and physical
but hall can shut down a guy like burress and moss

then one of them banned me cause I proved he was completely wrong in an arguement that made him look stupid, pathetci when you think about it, but that's what I get.
I call people out and simply ask them to back up their claims with facts is all and when they can't do that, they all get upset! LOL

This happens all the time, I have an arguement over something, I back up what I say with logic and common sense and when they can't do the same, I get some stupid comment like if Marion Barber was so much Better than McFadden, then surely Barber would sign the same contract that McFadden is gonna sign. LOL
That's like saying if Romo was such a great Q.B., why is Matt Ryan gonna sign a bigger contract than Romo just got to try and argue that Matt Ryan is clearly better Q.B. then Romo cause he signed for more money, I know I know, makes no sense, but this is what I deal with all day when people run out of logic and common sense to support their opinions.

You want to give up the #28 pick to "rent" Mr. Toast for 1 season?

No offense, but trading a 1st round pick for a player in the last year of his contract without having him sign an extension first is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of.

While I really do believe Hall is overrated, you throw him opposite Newman as a #2 corner and that's a pretty good duo. I just wouldn't pay him anywhere near $10 million, and you've gotta wonder if you resign Newman. You pay big money for Hall, to me, that sends a message to Newman that he can pack his bags after the season. Not sure I'm for that..
