We score at least 35 points each game and lose each game by 1-2 points at the very end.
Over the 3 games Tyler Smith moves to LT and play exceptional. Bass or Hoffman plays LG. The one who plays, plays very good. Shotty has excellent game plans. He helps Steele on passing downs. The tackles are not a liability at all with Shotty’s help. Shotty out coaches the other teams DC’s all 3 games ! He consistently puts our players in position to make plays. He is not confused at all by their blitz packages( see Minnesota). Neither is Dak. Pickens shows up with over 100 yards in each game with NO attitude!
Eberflus continues to play a soft vanilla zone. When he blitzes, about 15% of the time they are successful, but for no reason he goes away from the blitz. The defense controls the run, but in our soft predictable zone they pick us apart passing the ball. It is obvious to anyone with 2 eyes( even Jerry ) that Eberflus is 100% not the answer for 2026.
If the last 3 games play out like this we will have the best possible draft pick ( very possibly a top 12 pick) AND most importantly, Jerry will see the light and throw Eberflus to the curb.
Finally, in those last 2-3 games root for Detroit to overtake GB and knock them out of the playoff. This would give us 2 picks in the top 20!!!!
Finally, root for the Whiners to lose every game. Go Colts, Chicago, and Seattle. If GB knocks the Whiners out of the playoffs, I’m okay with that.
