This does not include the deals for Anger($3.4M AAV), Thomas($4M AAV), Turner($3M/1yr), Williams($3M/1yr), and Jack Sanborn(unannounced we will insert high range of $5m AAV for conservative estimate).

They have about $30.1M in a worst case scenario where it is all guaranteed and not roster or bonus based payments. the whole LTBE and NLTBE uncertainty.
