Lovie Smith is VERY Mild Mannered

Joe Gibbs is a Grandfather

Tom Coughlin has changed his approach to more Laid Back

Seriously-Wade is getting a ton of flack for his "laid back" approach, which supposedly lead to our late season meltdown. But en yet, these coaches' respective teams have been able to turn it on late in the season(well, 90% of the time, that is) when it really counts.

There's just TOO many unanswered questions, quite frankly...

When laid-back actually wins a playoff game like the many coaches you brought up, then maybe he can join that list.

Until then, he's still a "laid-back" 0-4 HC in the playoffs.

How long did it take Dungy to get his team to the Super Bowl?

Smith had fiery coordinators, especially in Rivera.

Joe Gibbs wasn't grandfatherly when he was winning all those Super Bowls.

And Coughlin isn't laid back. He may have mellowed, but he isn't laid back.

I don't think there's anything wrong with being laid back. It just depends on the team. This team fits too much into a laid back personality and may need a coach with some fire.

Peyton Manning is fiery and that offset Dungy.
