Has ownership really committed to listening to the coaching & personnel staff?
Is that what has driven the team to release players? Is that what has driven the team to actually shake up the game day roster?
Has a direct message been clearly sent to underperforming players?
Are real world evaluations overriding draft status? starter status? playing time %?
