14 Qb's thru 2 games at or above 70%

13 more at or above 60%.

Has passing defense gotten that bad? When you watch the games, receivers are wide open all over the field most of the time. It is such a different game than 20 years ago.

The rules have changed and they favor the WR. Any contact is now PI or defensive holding , and you can't hit too hard with that "defenseless receiver" rule. Wrs have a lot less to worry about now.
