What is the status on Tapper?

It would be awesome if we can get something out of them. His injury is confusing though. At least we knew we wouldn't be getting Smith his rookie year. I have no idea what we'll ever get out of Tapper. Hopefully something. His measurables are off the charts.

From what I read, he needs time to let the injury heal on its own. I guess they are in a wait and see mode. They will probably know in few months if the rest is all he needs for the injury to heal.

Stephen Jones gave a interview where he talked about Dallas picking Tapper before Dak. In the same interview talked about Tapper being ready to go for minicamps and they expect him to be a key contributor in 2017
