For me it's the offensive line. I think the defense will give up a few plays, but be better overall. Obviously they couldn't be much worse than last time, but I think Ware was very limited the last time we played and he appeared to be much healthier last week. I don't think they score 30 on us again. Unfortunately, I don't know how much we will be able to exploit their weak DBs if Romo is constantly running for his life or facing numerous 3rd an longs. Our O linemen are guilty of pre-snap penalties and blown assignments at home, it will be even tougher on the road. The best way to offset the Giants advantage (their pass rush) is to run well. We have a chance to do that. The Giants D can be run on and it's a good way to take a crowd out of a game. More importantly, it can prevent pass rushers from pinning their ears back. Although I would have more confidence in a back like Murray, who is physical with good vision, Felix has played well this year. Felix may need to be our "Emmitt of '93" for this finale. I was at that game and Emmitt did just as much damage catching short passes as he did running. Felix is obviously no Emmitt, but he can hurt this Giants D in a similar way. Running the ball and quick passes will really minimize the effect of the Giants DL. We also don't know how Romo's hand will be and we cannot count on a bunch of Romomiracles to win this game.

As a fan in NJ, this game has gotten so huge I can't even describe it. The Giants fans in this area are beyond obnoxious and ignorant. The Romo bashing has gotten to the point that it's like they have never even seen the guy play. You would think that Eli and the Giants have been world-beaters lately. Eli has been a joke over the past 2 games. They have lost 5 of 7. They needed a miracle comeback (including a blocked FG) against us and a completely incompetent Sanchez to avoid going 0 for their last 7. I'm not saying we have been much better, but you don't see much of this kind of irrational arrogance coming from our fans and players. Two days after the game I'm turning 40 and I PRAY that we somehow find a way to make this a happy birthday. I cannot imagine having to go to work next week if we lose. Well this post really went on and on and got off topic :. Sorry about that. I guess that's what starts to happen when you get older. :geezer:

Getting dominated at the line of scrimmage.

It's not just a concern. It's what I expect.

Romo's hand. It's not going to be 100% and he's going to have to use it not only for throwing but for support when he hits the deck, etc. if the hand holds up we have a good shot at taking the game; if not, forget about it...

The hand will be a complete non factor.

Both teams are evenly matched. The winner will be whoever brings their game with them. Giants are terrible at home, so don't be surprised if the Giants defense chokes, which would upset me very much. I think Romo is an excellent quarterback, every bit as good as Eli, however the only difference is Romo has a rep of choking in big games, I didn't make it up, it's a fact, and Eli doesn't. That could be the difference. Other than that, Front line, D front line, secondary are similar. Good luck to all, even you Jerry wherever you are!

Almost all of the "experts" on TV are picking the Giants, and a lot of people in NY watch TV. So, they think a big beat down of the Cowboys is preordained. What I would like to see is all of those New York fans crying in their beer because they believed this game was already in their pocket.

That Ryan by necessity dials it down but that leads to little pressure and Eli puts up huge numbers and points...

Injuries. We can't afford any more as we head into the playoffs.

Yes, I am confident.

I hope JG is smart enough to pull the starters in the 4th quarter after we have a 20 point lead. I want them fresh for the playoffs next week. No way I was to see Felix running for 90 yards with a sore hammy in the 4th. Let Sammy burn off the clock in the 4th.

Simple: We need to be +2 in turnover margin with 0 from us, and the division is ours. That means no INTs or fumbles by us, and hopefully our D creates 2. A fumble by Jacobs and an INT by Manning would be poetic justice.

With our D, a 20 point lead in the 4th quarter isn't safe. We will need some first downs in the 4th quarter to win, and RHG knows that, so everyone will play if they can.

Thanks man. Should be a nail biter....my views are it's going to be similar to the first match, meaning down to the wire, or one of us is getting blown away. But for all intents and purposes, should be a great game, how it should be, one and done!

Here I am trying to be nice, have an intelligent discussion, and I have to come across an in-bred moron. Stupid, I didn't say Romo choked, every friggin analyst says it for cripes sakes. This is why I left the Univ of Corpus Christi after one semester.

The A&M-CC has an ex-Rice basketball coach, a good baseball program, but no football team. The 'local' team is down in Kingsville. That being A&M - Kingsville. They, CC, are a Div - I school, but leave a tad to be desired.

Curious about an ex-Corpus resident living in Florida, rooting for the Giants, and leaning towards going postal. (an insider's humor, here)

Oh, and the temperament on site, is aggressive, as it should sportingly be, against the Giants. So, weather it a tad, and have some good humored fun instead...;)
