Depends on how your day was. I usually put in between 17 and 20 thousand steps a day. If I've had a light supper a snack helps me sleep.I try to avoid late night snacks, because it's the absolute worst time of day to eat anything...but if I did, it would probably be a Fudgesicle.

For years it use to be cereal…now it is a small salad and yogurt…getting old is no fun…
