i can agree that's a must have for any team. for my i look more team specific. we're in a new stadium. we know wade is out and garrett has to prove he's the next coach or we start all over. what happens this year really doesn't matte in that regard.

but if we're to take the team seriously this year it has to start at coaching. so for long term success, garrett has to step up.

I think the must have thing to happen for the Cowboys is bringing in another WR.

My favor is in making a move for Boldin, but the long term best interest of this team would be making the minimal move it would take in the draft to grab Nicks. Regardless what Roy Williams does or doesn't do this year, we do need to start looking towards the future once again at this position. It's been a long time coming since we've known we have a stud in the stable. But in this case, possibly even better, I could see someone like Nicks stepping right in at #2.

We have the ability to move up.

We need more than anything to hit on that top pick seeing as how we don't have a first this year.

"Romo-friendly".

We still would have the fire power to move up in this draft back into the 2nd if we really want that safety, too.

I can agree only partially with that... While Wade is HC I expect Garrett to know his place...but I want to see a more cohesive offensive unit which should and must start with Garrett.
