Pinkie toe by far. I've done it countless times. Almost always at night walking through the house in the dark. Hurts like hell. I've even broken both at least once. To quote Billy Crystal from SNL, "I hate when that happens".

I did that in the laundry room at my old apartment complex. I hit the top part of my head on the coin tray and split it open to the bone. I had the morbid fascination of being able to feel my skull for an hour or two
