2) Fire Wade. Cant go back to being D coordinator, and after tonights monumental collapse he cant come back.

3) Cut Ken Hamllin, after tonights embarassment he should be ashamed to cash his check.

4) Cut Roy Williams safety. Lets clear the decks.

5) Cut Proctor, I'm not sure Anyone on the roster is the answer at LG. Needs to be adressed thru free agncy.

6) Fire Hudson Houck, O line abysmal most of year.

7) Move Henry to free safety, draft strong safety.

8) Hire disciplinarian non puppet head coach.

9) Hire new special teams coach.

A coach doesn't need to be a disciplinarian, he just needs to be good. Wade is neither. Well coached teams don't make all these stupid mistakes.

I can't fault Romo for tonight though. No time to throw, nobody getting open.

Anyone who thinks coaching is the problem is missing the forest for the trees. We had a hard*** coach in in Parcells, and we played stupid. We switched to a so-called players coach, and we still play stupid. The only constant during that entire time was the players.

The core group has been together for a while now, but the teams fundamental problem remains the same: the Cowboys, as a group, are too undisciplined, make too many unforced errors, and are utterly lacking the testicular fortitude needed to win late in the year. Anybody who thinks simply changing qb's or HC's is going to fix that is delusional. Only wholesale changes in personnel will suffice.

The truth is that this team as it is currently constituted is never going to win anything of significance. It's time to blow it up and start over.

First off cutting Hamlin can't, and won't, happen cause of the deal they signed him to. To cut him would eat up a ton of cap space. So get over that idea right now.

Secondly my list would otherwise have a few of yours on there.

1) Fire Jason Garrett - He frankly sucks as an OC

2) Fire Bruce Read - He's been terrible for a while anyway

3) I wouldn't mind bringing in Ray Lewis, cause of his fire and leadership, and he showed tonight he's still got it. Not that I hate Zach, or anything, but I think Ray would still be better.

4) Move Henry to safety, for sure. He sucks at Corner and it's just horrible watching him out there.

5) Find a punt returner who can actually consistently return punts for field changing plays.
